The Woman Behind TJB

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio , my journey has taken me through a rollercoaster that taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of serving others. While I’ve been braiding for years, Toniesha J. Beauty truly began when i decided to stop treating beauty like a side skill and started building it into something with purpose.

For me, beauty has never been just about hair.

Its about confidence and self care. Its about creating a space where women can slow down, breathe, and invest in themselves without guilt.

Thats what inspired me to expand into esthetics and create a brand centered around Hair + Skin + Self Care. Every service I offer is rooted in the belief that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish . It’s Necessary.

My vision for Toniesha J. Beauty is much bigger. I see a brand that grows alongside the women it serves. A place where beauty meets education, community, and opportunity. A place where women come not only for great hair, glowing skin, and beautiful brows, but because they know they’ll be welcomed, cared for, and encouraged.

As the business continues to grow, so does the vision. From expanding services and developing products to creating events that bring women together. My goal is to build something that leaves a lasting impact. Not just though beauty but through the way women feel about themselves when they leave.
